Apply hot water bag for 10-15mins thrice a day. Do stretching exercises focusing on abdominal muscles. Take tab indomethacin 25mg twice a day after food. Apply volini. Avoid bending down as much as possible.

Is there pain associated. Did  you do any strenous  physical excercise? . Apply Volini. Ointment  Do mild excercise Apply heat If pain take T.Aceclofenac 100mg 1-0-1*3days (After food) C,Evion 400 mg 1 daily for 10days
