Low platelets
I had dengue 2 months back after at that time my platelet count was 64000 Then after medications my platelet increased upto 1.54lacs and my dengue report was negative now when i tested for cbc my platelet was 1lac my doctor gave me caripill tablets twice a day for 1week after that also my platelet droped to my current platelet 74000 Please suggest me
