I m getting wake up at night suddenly after 1 and half hour of sleeping. After that unable to sleep. Heartbeat feels like increased. Difficulty in breathing. It is happening for 2-3 days. Kindly suggest.

My mother has been diagnosed with RA factor, and she have severe stomach ulcer. Last December she coughed and was given medicine and she felt better. It's been almost 7 months but now she feels heavy pain on her chest to her back, she can't breathe properly, can't sleep at night, blocked/pain throat. She feels pain all over her neck, shoulders, knees, head, can't swallow food, joint pain, dry throat, shocked (if she hears any sounds). She doesn't have any fever, coughing or cold. Please tell me what should we do next and where should we go for all of the things mentioned above.

I am having lower jaw pain and swelling for one and a half months. had sinus infection. Dr gave antibiotics and indomethacin 50mg NSAIDs. took it for a week twice a day. nothing helps. had the same level of pain and swelling. took ibuprofen for few days along with paracetamol. didn't help. went to dentist and he prescribed ibprufen 800 and muscle relaxers. took for 4 days. dentist told me to extract the upper wisdom tooth and did that last Thursday. so after the extraction,I was given antibiotics and ibprufen 800 two times a day for 8 days. I feel like I am taking lots of ibprufen and antibiotics. does NSAIDs and antibiotics harmful? I would have taken NSAIDs for a total of around 20 days. is it harmful? does it harm kidney or stomach? should I stop taking it? I still have the same jaw pain under the ear and swelling. how long is considered long term usage for NSAIDS? please help.

I have multiple lumps on my forearm and upperarm but they are soft and painless and easily moves should I worry

From 10days, I am having a boil on my right thumb. The thumb is swollen, red, painful and full of pus. The pain is excruciating when the thumb hits any surface. I have been taking antibiotics from last 5days but there has been no improvement. The antibiotics I am taking is linezolid.

Dr I used to take deep breath once in 5 min... I donno y.. Xray, ecg, O2 LEVEL all r OK... Dr prescribed me anxiety medicines for 10 days.. But still m feeling like same... Pls suggest me some tricks to relief myself from this... Tq

I was suffering from mild fever which rose to maximum 99.9 since last 1 month.i use to get tired occassionally however most of the days I felt ok.But because I was monitoring my temperature daily and I observed that fever comes at a specific time and stays I got my typhoid tested on the advice of a doctor.It came postive.I started medication as advised by doctor.Its been 4 days of medications but until yesterday I experienced fever which comes in late afternoon and stays till night and then I have dolo tablet. Morning I feel ok.But after 4 days of medications the fever should have not come but it's still coming.Could you please check if the prescription is ok or do I need to make any changes. I am unable to atach a document with this my prescription is azax 500 for 5 days along with b complex vitamin c and dolo when fever is their.

G.e Doctor! My father 54 yrs old has frequent urge to defecate every 2-3 hours in a day since 4-5 years. And passes stool sometimes and not other times. Their in no loss of weight or appetite. Consistency of stool is normal. He got endoscopy done for similar complaint antral gastritis was d diagnosis made for which he got h pylori kit. He was prescribed other medications also but till now ,got no relief. What to do next.

After recovery from fever in 4 days, is it required to go for Covid test? No syntoms no fever now feeling completely normal
