I used 15 ml betadine gargle with hot water due to which my throat and mouth got burnt and now I am not able to taste or smell

Today in the evening time I had gargle with betadine in very hot water due to which my mouth and throat got burnt and I could see 2-3 very tiny blood type particles coming out while spitting and now I am unable to Taste and smell properly ..I am scared..please suggest

I am feeling week from past couple of months. Might be due to current pandemic situation, working has increased to 11-12 hours with very less movement. So recently started basic push-ups from past 2-3 weeks and feel more tired for complete day. Seems like lack of exercise and no proper diet time, is causing this issue. Very mild fever max goes upto 99.3. In morning no fever then after doing normal household work fever comes around 98.8 and then I go for 2-3 hour rest , again checked temperature no fever normal temperature then gon for some cooking and measured temperature in evening 98.9 and in night before sleep checked temperature it came 98.6 normal. There is also acidity along with this. Same happened 6 months back , that time taken tests of malaria , typhiod , urine all reports came normal and it automatically got cured after 1 month.
