Since 1 and half month, I'm suffering from persistent breathlessness and belching. All USG and pathology reports are normal. Tried all medicines for gerd prescribed by doc, but no relief. Effecting my nrml life. Please suggest what to do.

I'm suffering from COLD. It's been very long (almost from >45 days) that I got it. I used to drink chilled water but I stopped and consuming warm water. COLD is coming suddenly either in the morning or night and sometimes in the afternoon but not continuous for the whole day. When lying down, sometimes water droplets coming from nose (even when I don't have COLD). Previously I have taken some medication like CLAVAM 625, MONTEK LC.

I am male of running 30 age, I feel my body very warm due to outside climate change .. I checked in thermometer it shows 99.9 F .so whenever cool air touches my body its gets more warm . My family told me that its normal temp and given zerodol-p tablet course for 5 days . I have no illness history is last month No joint pain No testless no smellless feelings No cough,cold or irritation in throat Very minor weakness Oxymeter stats ranges between 97 to 99 along with normal pulse rate . Daily I am taking turmeric milk and Giloy juice to boost my immunity So does this temperature considered as normal temp or feverish ? Google shows that the temp above 100.4 F considered as fever but I am nurvous about this temp range of mine... One more thing outside climate is very volatile some times heavy rain and sometimes its sunny and humidity is also there... Is there any thing worry ? Or is this 99.9 F tempt is symptom to corona ?

My granny is suffering with cough it's not severe but she is coughing twice in an hour of time. She is getting jelly substance also it is not severe she is full active. No other symptoms fever etc etc she is perfectly alright. Please suggest some medicine as I am not ready to take her outside becoz of outside pandemic situation.
