My 25OH Vitamjn D (Total is ) level is 15.61 and B 12 is 197 All other tests are normal I am taking D rise 60000 fr vit D Which tablet is recommended for B 12 deficiency There are several available in the market

Hi For vitamin B12 treatment If you have any neurological symptoms you will need injections 3 times a week for 2 week Otherwise if you don’t have any symptoms U should take Oral supplements along with food rich in B12 vitamin like milk , milk products, non veg if you are non vegetarian ( fish, meat, egg, chicken)
