I have multiple lumps on my forearm and upperarm but they are soft and painless and easily moves should I worry

Need examination of the swelling for differential diagnosis mostly it could be lipoma mostly harmless but if its multiple in number get an online consultation with picture first then we shall plan further

They can be lipomas, most likely. If they are since a bery  long time, these are usually harmless,  but as you mentioned, they are multiple, may be you can fearlessly get them examined once from a surgeon, but  as such there is no need to rush.
