I noticed a painless, smaller than a pea sized lump under the skin of my forearm. It does not hurt, feels pretty firm and round. I'm going to consult with a physician anyway. Is there any need for concern?

In current medical practice, surgery is the option. But if underlying cause is not taken care, it might come back.
But with changes in diet and detox will help u in reducing the chances of further growth.
