Forearm hurts when twisting

I hit my forearm yesterday on the wall and it has been difficult and with great pain to twist it and move it aound including simple tasks like tying my shoe laces.

My left forearm hurts on the right side (palm up). It is sensitive to the touch and seems to start from the part of the forearm close to the elbow. It persists for about a day then disappears and comes back at random.

I met an accident 3 years back. My bike handle bar hit my chest. I took xray, but there is no crack. Doctor advised to take rest it will cure on its own.
