Lump in left hand
Why is my body forming a lump in my left hand ? Is there any connection with cardio ? Or any other factor ?

At 25, a lump in the hand has nothing to do with the heart. The commonest causes are a ganglion cyst near the wrist or a lipoma - soft, mobile, painless and harmless. Sometimes it is a swollen tendon sheath from repeated gripping or phone/mouse use. What matters is whether it is soft or hard, fixed or mobile, and growing or stable.

No , most probably it is lipoma nd it do not have any serious complications if it's not increasing in size suddenly. If u r facing any problem with this then we can remove that with a simple methods .

Where exactly is the lump? An image would have helped. If it is at the back of the hand near the wrist, it could be ganglion cyst. If that is the case, nothing needs to be done if the cyst is small. It will sometimes resolve on its own.

Hi..... It's not related to heart.
A lump in the left hand is most commonly a ganglion cyst, or
a lipoma, or
a giant cell tumor of the tendon sheath.
If it's in arm pit , then need to consider lymph node enlargement
Most hand lumps are noncancerous, but they require a professional evaluation for an accurate diagnosis.
