Hi..... It's not related to heart. A lump in the left hand is most commonly a ganglion cyst, or a lipoma, or a giant cell tumor of the tendon sheath. If it's in arm pit , then need to consider lymph node enlargement Most hand lumps are noncancerous, but they require a professional evaluation for an accurate diagnosis.
