Frequently taking deep breaths
Dr I used to take deep breath once in 5 min... I donno y.. Xray, ecg, O2 LEVEL all r OK... Dr prescribed me anxiety medicines for 10 days.. But still m feeling like same... Pls suggest me some tricks to relief myself from this... Tq

Take a closed cloth or plastic cover.. Breath in and out of that bag in a way you will be breathing same air as expired. Ur panic will come down in 2-3 min
