Sir inhave this problem of unsteady gait and vertigo problem. I consulted ent specalist he advised me some test like vitamin and USG neck vessels. All the tests were normal execpt vitamin test,where my vit b12:118 pg/ml , he told me that this is the condition that causing persistent dizziness.i also got my plain brain mri which was also normal. I want to know that is vit b12 deficeny causes persistent diziness and heaviness in head?

Dear Sir/Madam, I'm Akash Das, I'm just 21 years old, I have a small swollen lymph nodes in left armpit, I seen this lymph node some dayes ago (around 2week), sometime it's paining and also I have a left side dull chest pain around 3month , how do I cure my swollen lymph node? Sir iam still suffering from common cold. I am 29 year old. Iam suffering from common cold from last year. It is not like chronic cough but it trouble me alot. I have already consumed 6 cough syrup like cor, ambridol s. Correctly am using Montina L tablet suggest for allergy rhinitis. Iam using this tablet from 35 days. It gives me relief. When I stop tablet for 1 or 2 days it starts again. What to do? Please suggest me.

Daily morning, just before completly waking up, i feel tightness/pressure in my chest muscles(no pain)and i can also feel my heart beat mildly. Also some mild pain in my muscles. I feel the same way if i sleep in afternoon also. In the night, when sleeping i have trouble sleeping due to shortness of breathlike feeling for some time, then after drinking water i sleep properly till morning. Please help understand the problem.

Today's my 3rd day shot for a 5 session rabies vaccination. The clinic I'm supposed to visit for the shot is closed on Sundays. I enquired about what I should do and they said to come tomorrow. Can I delay the 3rd shot by 1 day?

Im suffering from acid problem from past 3 months due to which i suffer from nausea and vomitting. After complete diagnosis and test, doctors said that i have not any underlying disease. Due to stress and tension, my body is producing excess acid. Doctor suggested me to take Pantocid, Neopride 50 and Tryptomer. After taking all these medicines for 1 month. I discontinued Tryptomer on myself. After that 3-4 days, I am getting very little sleep and low quality sleep. What should I do? Pls help. While taking Tryptomer and before taking any medication. Im getting excellent sleep. Pls help

I was diagnosed with thyroid 4 yrs ago and have been eating 50 mcg tablets daily.. Now my new report have come..  Please check my report which I have attached.. Should I stop medication?
