Probably you have your TSH 7.64.
And mention any problem if you have.
BP and pulse. Any enlargement of thyroid gland?

Probably you are talking about TSH values, which according to this report, falls in category of subclinical hypothyroidism.

If it's TSH tat is 7.64 and u have no complaints and symptoms. No need to treat it with medicine but will require a repeat sample 3 months later .
Tsh of 7.64 is subclinical hypothyroidism .
Only symptomatic patients will require treatment
