Sir my bp is 145/75 can doctor suggest to take tab telista 20 mg,tab prolomet xl 25 mg , I had ecg or 2d echo is normal ,and ecg showing sinus tachycardia, my heart beet is always above 100 ,so can I take both tablets

Hello doctor, My brother is 30 years old but still his weight is 51kg and height is 5"5. He works in office and does night shifts from 5pm-3am. So he sleep late. He doesn't excercise. Please advise routine of food intake and medicine or syrup.
