Have giddiness and headache from morning after waking up . Vomited food once . Did steam and had plenty of water leaving from head. Is there any home remedy or medicine?

My heamogloin level has come 10.10 in cbc . I also feel very lethargic and get tired after doing little work . Please suggest some iron supplements for me. I am a working woman and mother of a 8 years old boy.

During this covid time, can I have any multivitamins to increase immunity? I take thyronorm 12.5mg for thyroid.

Hello from past 7-8 to days I am suffering from swollen tonsils as well as cough. Doctor has prescribed azithromycin 250 for 3 days 2 days before having food. Swelling has subsided,there is little bit swelling there and now is experiencing sore throat or redness in the throat. Please suggest any medicine or any effective treatment for the problem. Kindly reply asap.also I want know that can tooth decay or abscess causes throat infection. Please reply?

Day before yesterday I had old little sour and smelled  daliya , may be that was conteminated due to kept  long period which made by milk , since i had that dish next day I got first body pain then since evening have fever 100° to 102°. With body pain

From the last 2 days my body temperature is 100.8-101.4'F. Mild body pain and sneezing also. Took pcm 500mg and cetrizine 10 mg bd. Loose to watery stool from last two time. (Freq. Normally 1; Now 2-3). Took plenty of fluids and light food.  No cough and running nose and any respiratory problems. Give me suggestions whether continue the same medicine or need to change any other medications.

I used to have head ache and vomiting often atleast once a week due to bile(pitham). Before I took any of the painkillers such as saridon, nicip plus and naproxen when I am having extreme headache. Now I am taking cold act tablet if I have that problem. It is giving relief from headache and body pain too and am not getting the issue for the next 1 week. Will there be any side effects for this medication. I couldn't find the exact cause of headaches.

Hi doc, My wife has terrible pain in lower back pain ( left ) while laying after working long in kitchen. This condition is pertaining from last 2 months.

We bought cutted jackfruit pieces from outside .. after came home dipped in hot water then ate.. Usually we won't buy outside food. But my son keep on asked. That's why bought. This will affect from this virus.. Because don't know the seller will affected from the virus or not.. Kindly reply. Plz

Getting temprature in evening since last 7 days and temperature varies from 99 to 99.7 f mostly but sometimes 100 f. I have consulted with doctor and went for medicines (Azithral 500, dolo 650, Montek LC  ) for 5 days but still having same condition. Temperature goes down after dolo and some time having cough with pressure as well but not continuous. Sometime feeling pain in chest as well.
