Hello Dr ,I am having Slipped Disc since a month My Spine Surgeon Has suggested me to take complete bed rest for 21 days .I m on that Phase now.The problem Is that since few days I haven't Moved a Bit From Bed,Just Ate A proper diet .I am Having Hard Stools from Some days .It's hard To come out.But stools are Regularly.Before The slipped Disc phase Everything was Normal Thank You.

I need some help...                          Please suggest me  multivitamin for senior citizen...

I have been having tension headache for over a year,I usually overthink it's a habit other than that I've been able to manage my headache,but sometimes the pain is severe sometimes its not painful.I went to doctor he prescribed medicines he was not at all helpful.I didn't want to be dependent on medicines anyway. I hope this headache doesn't develop to become a migraine I'm scared. I've nkt able to deal with anything because of this I have very low confidence

Last 4 days I'm facing acidity problem and I've taken Pantropazole for first 2 days. But from the day before yesterday night I'm facing fever (99 - 100). With the fever there is stomach pain also. I have taken Paracetamol for the fever. There is also another issue that in water supply. Recently I got a news that an environmental lab proved that in municipal corporation's water there is a presence of E-coli bacteria. So I'm really worried about my current situation. What I should do right now please advise me

She had taken azythromicine for 3days after 1 day gap could I again take azythromicine ?and for how many days .

I have continuous slight cough and suspecting COVID got tested but the result is negative. Have taken a course of Montek LC, Azithromycin, Pan DSR, Mucenac for 3 days as prescribed by a known medical practitioner. Since no good results, consulted another doctor who prescribed Enzomac, Montek LC, Grillinctus Syrup for 5 days. It's around 3 days and the cough is not reduced instead raising causing discomfort. Please help me to identify and cure my cough.

My mother has been having tiredness nausea etc from yesterday onwards . Yesterday when I checked her pulse it was 63. Since she was feeling tired and all, I gave her lime juice and by mid night her pulse came to 68 and today it has been 69 all day and also her bp has been 116/77 in the mrng then after that 121/69  from after noon onwards. And now she is feeling pretty much tired nausea and feeling a kind of spasm/numbness  in her tongue  . She is on her periods it started on last mnday . And she is in stress emotionally. Is there anything I can do at home to make her feel better? Is it something I should worry and need to go to a hospital?
