I am facing the pain of restless and in night while sleeping it increases regularly. Please suggest some medicines and why this actually happens

There is a sudden mild pain under my right arm pit when I take a deep breath,it does not happen at  all the time but only happens in a irregular manner, the pain is sharp in sensation as if someone stabbed a small pin and pulled it out back.does brother me much but  just curious why it happens and there is no other symptoms. P.S:- I didnt sustain any injury in that particular region!!

Chest is paining not frequently but daily around night time and burping also.. What could be the problem?

Actually i went through miscarriage and it was a heavy bleeding for one month.. Then after that i did a hb test in which my hb level was 6 point only Then from past one week am unable to taste anything.. Is low hb the reason bg which i lost my taste sense.. Feeling tightness in chest, back, Shoulders, head. Overall upper body. Feeling weakness. Having breathlessness. During sleeping in night it seems that no breathing is available.

Taken dolo 650, from tomorrow fever is stuck at 99. Kindly advise should i continue dolo 650. Taking i dolo daily
