Bed rest and Hard Stools
Hello Dr ,I am having Slipped Disc since a month My Spine Surgeon Has suggested me to take complete bed rest for 21 days .I m on that Phase now.The problem Is that since few days I haven't Moved a Bit From Bed,Just Ate A proper diet .I am Having Hard Stools from Some days .It's hard To come out.But stools are Regularly.Before The slipped Disc phase Everything was Normal Thank You.

Take plenty of water and fibre rich diet. U can take cremaffin syrup as suggested.
