Is it safe to continue for years.

From past 3 days, my mother is having health issues. She has fever during night only, stomach pain. We have consulted our local doctor and he took blood report, urine report and gave some medicines. Even after taking the medicine my mother had fever yesterday night. Blood report shows everything is normal. But in the urine report, she observing some yellow pus in urine. I have been taking sucrafill o gel syrup thrice a day  from one week before eating food as I have acidity problem and from yesterday my stool color has changed to green and dark green/black. I have taken spinach in my food for two days and beetroot juice as well. Is the color changing normal or is it because of anything that is serious !! I am tensed that it may b serious.
