Persistent Headache
Constant headache on both sides of forehead for the past 4-5 days. Relief is temporary when steam is taken alongwith vaporub. Please advise.

Seems you are suffering from TTH or sinusitis. Since you get some relief after steam, points to the latter cause more . What i ll advise is you take - tab Levocitrizine plus pheneramine combination x twice daily for 3 -5 days - tab paracetamol 650 mg twice daily for today then sos '- Continue to drink plenty of water - you should be well in a couple of doses.
