I recently got my blood test reports and here are some problematic areas: Haemoglobin Platelet Rbc count Triglycerides Sgpt I'm having breathlessness as I climb up stairs or after doing heavy lifting or running. Please suggest medication or dietary changes for the same.

How to identify normal fever and this virus fever? Virus fever means continuously it will be heat or sometimes.. And also one more doubt after 14days only fever will come or in how many days it can identify. Thank you

I met a friend of mine at that time he had no symptoms but just after 3days he developed fever and so he got tested for covid which came out postive. Since then i have been islolating myself and i have completed 14days of isolation. i dont have any symptoms No fever cough. What should i do now???
