My child have fever problem since one day no any other symptoms plz suggestions any antibiotic medicine for fever I have PCM syrup only

I had temperature of 98.7 to 99 for past three days and in  forth day I have done swab test for covid and got negative results. Still I feel very  mild fever . My worry is did I tested corona very early and should wait for another symptoms or what I did was correct and this mild fever will be a different general one. And also I don't have to worried about getting corona virus. Please suggest. Now I am in self quarantine for 14 days.
