Flu

Since last couple of days I am not feeling sleepy during night . And feel sleep after 4-5am . Which disturbed entire schedule. How can I improve it or any med to sleep earlier.

I have under medication for thyrodism taking throxin 125 mg since last 7 months.  Earlier I used to take 100 mg. Earlier in December 2019, during annual medical check up I was subscribed LIPIKIND F medicine to reduce fat for one month WHICH I had taken for 6 weeks. i am not taking any medicine for reducing fat since last 5 months. latest report of PIPID PROFILE is attached. The latest report are attached. blood T3,T4 and TSH is attached. the blood sample for this was taken when I could not take medicine for around 4 days as the medicine got finished. Please advise me on both the fronts.

Hi, I am getting nausea(mostly morning) and loss of appetite from 3-4 months. All tests have been done (CBC, LFT, KFT, hepatitis, Urine tests, ESR, HIV,upper endoscopy)and are negative. Digestion is also good with sometimes constipation. LFT suggested a little bit high SGPT and SGOT(76,36) which became normal and again increased in 20 days but still symptoms continued. I feel a bit feverish as well but on thermometer its always less than 99. I have seen different physicians but they mostly focus on acid reflux which doesn't cause any releif to me.

Hello, I am 24 years old male. I had tb. But i completed my medication in june. My all reports were good. But for some days not continuously but 2 or 3 days after after i saw my stool is blackish. Not overall but the sides of the stools were blackish. Also today morning i saw my stools sides were blakish.And at the end a small amount of stools were fully blackish I am taking acilog rd for 4 days. Yesterday my stool was fully good. But before  3-4 days it was slightly black. I am not sure that is it pure black or deep green or deep brown. But it looked like blakish. I have no pain in stomach. But i felt a mild pain for some seconds at the both sides  of my belly button. But that is so mild. And occurs after so many time. But i have mild nausea after taking food. Yesterday i ate rice, pulse, fish curry, eggs, some fast food including maggi and so much onion. And two cups of very dark coffee. Is it for the dark coffee?? Or is it some serious problem?? Help me please.

I am feeling as if heart is sinking down..i feel dizzy.. Its like being in confused state as if I cant interpret whats happening around me. I can hear and see but not understand.. my back n chest also hurts and feeling that heart is pausing or sinking to bottom of my chest!! My heart n brain are structurally fine as per echo and mri brain.. my bloodwork is also fine

3 days back I went to ct scan brain as I am having headache.in the scan nothing found.after scan I found ct scan also being done on same bed for covid confirmations.that time I took care like mask, after scan sanitization of hands and after returning home head bath.now I am feeling chest weakness.does this a symptom of covid.i am tensed please clarify
