My body tends to swell and I have been facing skin and hair issues as well. I have acne and my hair have become very frizzy, I also have started getting wrinkles on my face especially when I smile, they become visible. Apart from this, my knees produce cracking sound when I squat. This might be my misconception but I think I feel a very very slight pressure in my knees as well, but I'm not sure about this one.
