Flu

I am normal weight male of 34 years, from last few months I feel fatigue and tiredness during night and even after having sleep when I wake up in the morning my legs and back aches and I feel tired. But when I am at work during day hours I feel perfectly fine. Is there any vitamin deficiency .

Since last days i have diagnosed with urine infection. Sometimes i feel burning sensation in feet and palm or hand. Is it due to weakness or something?

Sir when I talk , bad birth comes my mouth & nose, my teeth good condition,mouth have no problems, it comes from enternal portions, it is very old problem, approximately 15 years, although my health condition is ok, please sis relief me

From last two-three days i m feeling low n bit of body ache. Facing hair fall problem too. I m taking dailycal-hd and zincovita syrup. Bt still no improvement. Kindly suggest any medicine to me.

Last  month I was suffering from fever.  Now  I have no fever  but I feel throat Infection, cold & acidity & weakness is regular now. stomach cramps,nausea, soft or mushy ,watery stools.

I am having above problem since 6 days , feeling weakness in body, working in public sector bank, I don't want to test for corona due to its taboo standard in society .

Feel dizzy now and then...if I change my head posture..like looking up ..or bending down...or sleeping suddenly... immediately I feel. Dizzy very severly. Feel tired when it happens..and stomach ache and headache along with it..

I was talking shelcal tablet till Jan 20 as i was feeding my child. Last year, for some skin problem doctor recommended me iron tablets to be taken for 3 months. When I was taking these medicines, I never felt any problems. After stopping shelcal, I noticed that I m very often feeling weakness and pain in legs at night. So i started taking shelcal tablet whenever I felt weakness and pain in legs, without consulting any doctor. Sometimes I take it once or twice in a week. But I m feeling worried that I may be doing wrong by taking calcium or iron tablets without recommendations. My question to the doctor is, is it ok to keep on taking calcium and iron tablets once or twice in a week?? Or it will harm me in long run?

My SGPT is 103 Uric acid is 7 LDL 125 Bilrubin 0.39 Kindly analyse my data and suggest me reason, Details report is attached

She is complaining about mouth ulcer and not able to eat . She is under medication for BP and diabetes. Please help
