Lost of taste
It's been more than 25 days that I m not able to sense the sweet food as well as salty food ... And few days back I got to know that lost of taste and smell is one of the symptoms of covid 19 but I haven't test for covid and also never visit to any doctors clinic yet but now I am not able to deciede whether I am positive or not ..but I have no symptoms like cold, cough,fever so what should I do now ?? How will I get my taste sensation back?? Plzz guide me ...

Recent onset loss of taste, that too persisting for more than 25 days, in a coronavirus situation, it's better to rule out coronavirus disease by appropriate test.

Covid 19: Loss of smell and taste can be long term. It might be associated with so many other viruses but unfortunately a lot more common with corona.  You will eventually  get it back.  It will be a good idea to get the covid 19 test done to know for sure.

Generally mild Covid19 infection won't last that long. Reason for loss of taste can be other conditions also.
