Pain, pricking, face numbness,left arm
Dear Doctor, I am 42 years old unmarried man. I am 110kg in weight. I am having frequent pain in left arm. I also get upper left chest pain. Central chest pricking sensation. Fingers and toes pricking sensation. Left face numbness. Lightheadedness. Back of shoulder pain. Jaw pricking. Left fore arm gets cold at times. I get this When I get stressed. I worry a lot for small problems. I am not employed. I have no friends. I am very worried about my health. I suspect is it warning before heart attack? Am I having angina? I have high BP at times, heart beat goes up on walking climbing steps upto 170bpm. I am having medicine Concor 2.5mg. GERD Nexpro L medicine. Checked ECG on 15th July 20 normal. Master Health Checkup is normal. Echocardiogram done in July 2019 normal. What is my health problem? Angio is required? Is it neurology problem?
