Numbness in face and arm while sleeping
About two weeks ago I fell on my right hip and badly bruised it. I went to the doctor yesterday because I had sudden numbness in my hip but they took an x-ray and nothing was broken and I was told it would go away on its own. I went to sleep last night and woke up to my face and right arm being numb as well. It went away in the morning and was fine all day, then happened again after taking a nap. I was laying down, awake, for almost an hour and the numbness didn't happen until I fell asleep. What could be going on? Is this related to my hip?
