Why is my diastolic bp still low(140/60)
Hi, I'm 17 yr old male, quite fit, at initial days of lockdown i started worrying alot abput my health... Since then, my bp is around 140/60...i have been exercising and eating good regularly since a month... I don't see any changes and still feel the bounding pulse in my body(neck, forehead, stamach, hands etc). I just want to get back to normal... No person, takes this seriously... Please reply with details... Why is this still happening? Is this serious... Because i don't really feel any other symptoms... Except that pulsation in body.

You are absolutely fit.. But do get a bp check up done every monthly at your age. In case you have hypertension running in your family history, then it might affect you later too. For further advice, get a paid consultation

Systolic of 140 and diastolic of 60 is a good sign of heart in general unless there is history of heart disease in the past or family history of heart diseases. Still at the age of 17 it is unlikely to have major heart problem. Coming to the worries of I'll health, anxiety and fear of ill health could be another reason for the feeling of bounding pulse u feel.
Next Steps
1. Make sure to be calm, do not worry too much. there is no point in anxiety as it will only make things worst, assuming there is a problem, which is unlikely in your case. 2. Heart rate if below 100, no breathing problems, eating healthy food, avoid smoking and supplement with exercise. 3. Again most important is point 1. ANXIETY MANAGEMENT.

Count your heartbeats for a minute and if it is above 100 than you are having anxiety and as of now nothing to be done for it and just keep a record of heartbeat per minute
