No other symptoms only shivering in the body from 4 to 5 days. Which makes me uncomfortable. What should I do.

26 year's old with lean physic. Whole body pains especially legs(calf, thigh and toes) and hands too when waking up in the morning from 2 months. After waking up the pain slowly fades away. Hello doctors, My mother, 70years, was drinking pomegranate juice with black pepper and salt yesterday. She started coughing unstoppably when she drank the last bit of it. Then she started having burning sensation in hands and head. With massage and pressing hands for half an hour, it stopped. Today morning , burning sensation started again and she was feeling dizzy. I did my blood tests for liver , everthing wor normal but sgbt/alt level was 49 but it should be upto 40 .what should i do ??
