I am having muscle ache and headache and yesterday normal vomit and today brownish vomit liquid. May I know what it is? What should I do? Got myself tested for ulcer. It's negative.

Sir/Madam I have high cholesterol and triglyceride from the last January February 2020 and after that it I take rosuvastatin f and a b12 and Omega 3 capsules. I feel numbness and tingling and now my triglyceride is 317 and cholesterol is 269 I feel pain in neck and shoulders and head I feel some sensitivity  in my stomach region. I go to motion after dinner so I feel not good from the last two months kindly advise me.

But inbetween these days an another unknown street dog chased and wounded me in my leg on my NGO CAMP in an nearby village(not an deep)slighty wounded. Suddenly i washed and with anxious and fear i went to nearby urban govt hospital and started vaccine again and went for 0 3 7th day dosage. I completely gone for vaccine due to fear because its an unknown street dog. Hello From past few days i am experiencing bleeding while passing stools also swelling is there general physician has prescribed me with daflon 1000 for 7 days and pilorute ointment. 6 days tablet have taken but some bleeding is still there. Also does itching and scratching causes bleeding. Please suggest any medicine to stop bleeding. Please reply asap??
