Hello Doctor. I'm experiencing headache every single day either on the left corner or right corner of my forehead. No matter how much I sleep I'm facing this in the morning. I feel tired and lazy most of the days. I try to sleep early but I'm not able to.. I get dreams related to work and I'm not able to sleep properly. I always feel tired after waking up. Sleeping for 8 hrs or more also causes me headache, sleeping less than 8 hrs also causes headache. I'm not able to concentrate on anything. I get frustrated with every little single thing. Can you please help me out.

I had been taking sypradine multivitamin tablet  for 2 time a day and I had black color stool last night?

I have been taking Sypradine multivitamin for twice a day and I observed my stool is blakish in color. Is it due to multivitamin tablet.

Yesterday I found a little circular wound on my leg and didn't know how it's caused I guess this happened because of some animal .on June I took 3 arv and tetnas booster.so do I need to take it again??

Yesterday I noticed a circular wound on my leg it's small but has teared little skin . I noticed it late so don't know bleeding took place or not. Yesterday I had went out so I guess this has happened because of some animal and don't know whether animal was rabid or not . But on June I had taken 3 arv and tetnas booster so will I need to take more of it??

Do we require any test for getting rabies immunoglobulin if a dog bites me ??? Please tell me that do we have to get some tests done for getting rabies immunoglobulin??

I haven't got any such bite from street dog and cats but I have got a lick from street dog on my broken skin 5 months ago . Even I have touched many street dog and cat. Even I ate food having dog meat in it by mistake food was momos. On this June I took anti rabbies vaccine 3 dose so will that protect me from these incidents in past?? please tell or will I get rabbies??
