I had typhoid fever...and also my biochemistry report is Bilirubin total 1.4 mg/dl Bilirubin direct 0.7mg/dl Bilirubin indirect 0.7 mg/dl So is that normal???

Hello sir/mam I want to proper diagnosis of back realted beacause I have done some test which are all normal But I don't get relief from it Test done are Endoscopy ECG Blood test Lipid blood test Liver function test Glucose test Kidney blood test Urine test All are normal My 6 months history is I have loose some weight, my weight was 80 but now it's 75 from March... What type of diagnosis I should do beacause all types of pain kiiler I have tried under certain dr... And various medicine I have changed my lifestyle also for this... Sir/Madam I am feeling some mental stress due to some reasons since few days. Then I consulted a doctor. He checked blood test and urine test. Sr-creatinine-1.5 Blood sugar(random) - - 104 Bilrubin-0.9 Bilrubin(direct)--0.4 Bilrubin(indirect) - 0.5 Urine sugar-nil Ep cells-2 to 4 Pus cells-1 to 3 Hemoglobin-10.7 TWBC-10,500 Polymrphs-61% Lymphocytes-31% Eosinophils-8% BP-normal. He suggested some medicines to avoid nausea and vomiting sensation and to reduce stress also and he told me that nothing to worry. When I am taking vomikind tablet nausea is some what reduced. Please give me further suggestions if any.

Is there any side effects of tablets merivital imm? my organisation HR ask us to take it with water every alternative days
