Nausea and vomiting sensation

I am feeling some mental stress due to some reasons since few days. Then I consulted a doctor. He checked blood test and urine test.

BP-normal.
He suggested some medicines to avoid nausea and vomiting sensation and to reduce stress also and he told me that nothing to worry. When I am taking vomikind tablet nausea is some what reduced. Please give me further suggestions if any.
