Most likely its due to gastritis. Dietary changes required and take ppi drugs before food to relieve from acidity.

The symptoms you describe—vomiting sensation mainly in the evening, frequent burping, and a feeling of gastric discomfort that improves after dinner—are commonly seen with acidity (GERD), gastritis, indigestion, or delayed gastric emptying. Stress, irregular meal timings, prolonged gaps between meals, tea/coffee on an empty stomach, and spicy/oily foods can also contribute. A few details would help: Do you have burning in the chest or throat? Any upper abdominal pain, bloating, early fullness, or loss of appetite? History of diabetes, thyroid disorder, alcohol intake, or smoking? Any recent weight loss, black stools, or recurrent vomiting?
Next Steps
Take small, frequent meals instead of long gaps between meals. Avoid oily, spicy, fried foods, excess tea/coffee, carbonated drinks, and late-night meals. Stay well hydrated. Avoid lying down for at least 2–3 hours after food.
Health Tips
If symptoms have been recurring for months or do not improve within a few days, you may require evaluation with basic blood tests and possibly an ultrasound abdomen/endoscopy based on clinical findings. Please share your age, weight, medical history, and whether you have acidity or abdominal pain so I can guide you further.

Hello, Vomiting sensation for 3–4 days may be due to acidity/gastritis, indigestion, food issue, stress, or liver/gallbladder problem. Patient should: Take light food, avoid spicy/oily food, tea/coffee, alcohol. Drink water/ORS in small sips. Consult a doctor if it continues beyond 2–3 days. Doctor may advise CBC, LFT, sugar, urine test, and ultrasound abdomen if needed. Urgent care if actual repeated vomiting, severe abdominal pain, fever, blood vomiting, chest pain, or dehydration occurs.
Next Steps
Meanwhile, eat light meals, avoid oily/spicy foods, and stay well hydrated. If symptoms persist, your doctor may recommend tests such as CBC, blood sugar, LFT, and an ultrasound abdomen. Seek urgent medical care if you develop severe pain, repeated vomiting, fever, or blood in vomit.

It depends on a lot of factors. Without proper history and your lifestyle habits you will just be focusing on symptom rather than the cause. Kindly get it evaluated.
