Vomitting 6 week pregnant

Hello, i am pregnant since 6 weeks. but since last 3-4 days.. whenever i eat something i vomit..i am taking pregnidoxin medicine single dose in a day. but now medicine doesn't seem to work. Since vomit comes within half an hour of eating.. is it i eat much or anything else
