Pain in chest above abdomen

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Hi sir/mam, I am geeting pain may be on e in 10 days or 15 days above abomen. I think it is gastric pain. And i have 4 months baby. So, please suggest medicine to use that will not affect baby feeding.

Avoid oily and spicy food items, sleep well at night, avoid stress and tensions, don't skip your meals.. (all these will aggrevate your gastric condition)for time being take pan 40mg 15 minutes before food for three days
