I have no smell and taste for last 4-5 days . Slightly cold. What medicine should I use. What are the remedy should I take

I've had a fever reaching 101 on Sunday after which I took paracetamol which suppressed my fever but I still have consistent cough and bodyache and I also witness slight heavy breathing sometimes. what should I do?

My MCHC value of CBC report is 36.2 gm/dl. Other values of CBC report are normal. Is my MCHC very high? How I can reduce the value?

I got cold on 19th.i used tusQ tablet at nyt time  fr 3 days. Cold reduced but frm yesterday cough started in mild way. Today a little cough increased..sometimes it's dry and sometimes wet cough.want to adjust my throat.. I don't have fever body pains taste and smell are good and am staying I  home only..consulted one  dctr in phone.he suggested azee 500mg 5 days OD And allegra 120mg fr 3 days at bed time. Is it sufficient or should I go for any test.
