I have been prescribed two medicines by a doctor. I have attached his prescription,please you see and tell me the actual name of these medicines that what he has written. Actually I am unable to read his writing clearly. After confirmation only, I will buy these medicines.

I am feeling short of breath since 2-3 hours What cud be reason? Can corona cause that? No fever or body ache.. Bp is little high-- 140/80.. pulse- 90 My past medical history is clear- no heart issues Bloodwork done recently fine except for high wbc.. I cant go to Emergency again as I went dere 2 days back only when my pulse rate got too high

My brother is suffered from fever past one week as intermittent... He consult doctor and he gave 2 injection per day as 3 day diagnosis and give medicine for 5 days.. He complete 3 days diagnosis..But today he got cold fever in the evening at the time temperature was 101 degree..kindly advice what needs to be done.. Is covid19 test required? Please suggest.

I have pain at right hand little finger end bone. Accidentally i hurt it while smashing a locked door. There was swelling initially and it went away in 2-3 days..but pain while holding or doing tasing is there in that finger end. When idle and resting..there is no pain..

The lump is like a hard mass which is recently grown and it's painful only when it is being touched and have any physical pressure like sitting , etc

Dear doctor I am suffering from nose block and nose block associated throat irritation, congestion & loss of smell. Please not this is not at all covid 19 symptoms BECAUSE SINCE last 25 + years I am facing this issue every year whenever sinus is extreme. Generally this issue goes once phlegm / mucus is coming out (more than handful in some intervals) after some days of sinarest medicine , otrivin drops and steam inhalation. Some times it takes 10 days some times it may go up to 1 month. And last 3 years I don't have cough in such circumstances. This year weather is slightly cool comparing to earlier years. Please let me know is there any antibiotics or alternative medicine which helps to drain mucus / plghem faster? Please mention medicine with course.

My mother is feeling low since lang back sometime Normal and sometimes she feels like low with heavy head, done complete health check up blood test including sugar lipid profile, electrolytes, LFT , RFT and all. Everything was Normal and withing limit as per doctor , that time we forgot to done ecg which we did today , kindly check the ecg and suggest me the best. Her BP was 106/78 mmHg at afternoon.

Body ache is there but when I touch my skin can't feel heat but when I observe the temperature on thermometer it's 99.4 F Why does it happen ?

Sir/madam. I  drenched in rain for 10 min and the same day night i felt with full chill and shivering. The next day mrng there was no chill and shivering but still not feeling fully well. Very little bit of heat in body and little sickness. I started to take  the paracetamol ip 500 mg and after that new problem arises that is I  feel some weight in head and little bit of giddiness.is that side effect of paracetamol??. My health history is iam suffering from sinusitis since one year. Iam thinking tooooo much on every day for covid situation in the country and also for me and my family who are staying far from me. My query is that why I feel heavy weight in head?? with little giddiness?? Now Iam feeling very low sickness and when I inhale the air there is little burn like sensation in my nose. Why all these happening with me and what is the reason ???
