Neck pain and lightheaded, dizzy

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Having pain near the neck on right side (near shoulders) And pain while touching it, also at one point in back of head at scalp feeling pain. Light headed and while standing feeling like disbalance and will fall , . Having gerd, surgery one month ago of gallbladder. Is it due to body weakness? Please suggest any medicine
