Hi doc, From last 2 months I had headache on daily basis. Also had depression and nervousness in my daily routine. Getting nervous on small tiny issue. Morning headache is severe. Please suggest some medication

1. Suggest me medicine and DIET. 2. As from 6 months am vegetarian + egg. Should i start eating NON VEG or just relly on MEDICINES to make my VITAMINS LEVELS NORMAL?

I have tested positive for ecoli previously my Widal test was positive my teeth becoming yellow pain in jaws and neck area and some time pain is happening in body typhoid Ka v dwai chla hai kya ecoli se aisaho skta hai stool colour is also somewhat greenish

Hi, I have been feeling a bit of discomfort in my right breast and armpit for a couple of months, this discomfort increases during periods. I went for a physical examination and doctor suspects there might a small lump in my right breast.She has advised for a Sono Mammogram to be done post my next period. I read in Practo many doctors are not in favor of Sono for 33yrs. Pls advise if there are any other alternatives to Sono and if I should take a second opinion. Thanks for your time !!
