I love green chillies when I eat too much of green chillies like 2 per day for 4-5 days I suffer from constipation and when I pass stool it burns...I even suffer from lower abdomen pain...is there any medication or any home remedies

I , my son, my husband got low grade fever at same time and it ranges between 98.6 to 99.5.but for my son(7yrsold) 100 came twice and ranging between 98.6 to 99.7 from past two months..we both recovered 15 days ago.but still my son have fever..except fever no other symptoms he has.all tests cbp,crp,esr,rtpcr,widal test ,urine exam,culture all normal..Only difference showing is neutrophils 28.4% ,lymphocytes 59.8..pls suggest what to do.

One of my relative travelled in train 4-5 days back and suddenly visited my place. She was ok but cough was there. She was wearing mask and I was sitting around 3-4 hand distance without mask. If she is infected (since we didn't know) is there any chance we will also get. Sanitized everything post she left

I have tested covid  positive on 31st of Oct.Then I was in covid centre for 11 days and in home quarantine for 7 days.during my last 3 days of home quarantine that is 14th 15th 16th day i again developed fever from 98.5-100.2 but never became 101.So I went to the doctor and he said to have 3 days home isolation with medicines.and after 3 days that is 19th day of home isolation also I am having same fever..I wanted to mention that I don't have fever for whole day ..in the morning upto 12pm I am normal no temp but after 12pm to 9pm my temp increases and reached upto 100.2 but mostly 99.8 or 99.9 with body aches and chilling feeling and after that my body temp start reducing and in night after 10pm my temp is normal without taking paracetamol or any medicines. I have tested dengue,typhoid,malaria but everything came negative. What is happening?is it covid or what?

I have tested CORONA Postive via RTPCR  on 9th day of first on set symptoms i.e fever with CT Value 23.65 and on 18th day from on set symptoms I have CT Value of 34.51 .  Now from last 5 days  I am fit and fine no symptoms nothing  being CT value of 34.51 on 18th day Does viruses still active in my body ? As per MHA guidelines if we clear 10 days from first onset symptoms and having no fever from last 3 days its mean we are recovered . Pl advice.
