He is having cold hand and feet and having sensational feeling as got angry.. is it due to anger or we have to consult the doctor

My blood presure is  sys 96 dia 59 pulse 81 is it low if low what to do? Am 22 years old .and underweight..

A year ago had consultated a doctor for this issue and took medicine,sitz bath,cream. The problem went away. But the problem is re appearing. Symptoms are of fissure. I dont get hard stools,there is no problem of constipation.but suddenly blood starts coming out and it continues for 2-3 weeks.with immense pain while sitting. I am using the sucral ano cream.but it is not helping now.

Hi, I am facing mouth ulcer issue due to Vitamin B complex (might be B12) deficiency. It is happening from past 1 Year. If I take Multivitamin Tablat then issue will be resolved but problem start again after 2/3 month. In general I have issue with Acidity and high Uric Acid problem which is partially under control now. But if I take Multivitamin Tablet then feel burning sensation in abdomen. Kindly advise.
