My throat have slit last night blood was comming out in morning now I fell pain in throat what should I do??

Getting a temperature of 99.2-99.7 for the past 6 days, but only in the evenin, throughout the day temperature is normal. Also chest congestion n cough for 6 days. Runny nose was thr just for 2 days

I am facing hairfall. It's not breakage , hair is calling directly from roots , as the fallen hair shows white tip , means it has fallen directly from scalp/root.
