Spitting continuously due to over come of Spitting Vomiting (two times) Throat pain Anxiety from last 5-6hours

Hi, I have sore throat and lot of throat pain. Kindly suggest a good tablet. Slight nasal congestion as well.

My dad is facing mental disorder after being affected by high fever and mild typhoid. The issue is happening from 2 days. He rarely sleeps and keeps on talking whole time while sleeping. He is eating very less and has become very weak as well. Currently he is taking an antibiotic, and medicines for fever and high bp. He is also a drinker and continues to drink. What should be causing the issue here? Please help.

Doctor suggested me to take levofloxacin 500 once a day for urine infection...can I take it at afternoon after meals..? Or it will take at morning..?
