Flu

I am having Fever, body pain from last 3 days, so you are requested kindly look into the same and suggest me

Current symptoms(with clonezepam 0.5 and inderal 20mg) 1.iam finding it difficult to read and ingest information especially when my eyes are moving.Feels like brain is impaired because I also get confusion when I want to read something during work 2.My neck feels like its wobbling(very subtle) or the nerves are  swaying sway here and there(subtle) when I bend ,sit or stand,walk.Due to this I feel like my neck is not stable to keep my head still.Feeling it sometimes difficult to keep myself upright .Neck also turns out stiff 3.My last cervical spine and brain MRI(2019) returned normal.My latest EEG is also normal.My CT angio for heart is also normal. 4.standing in one place for long is difficult 5.vision is blurry.My eyes are ok .I do have astigmatism. 6.Light sensitivity issues 7.sometimes get ringing feels on one ear but not always . There are various theories that this is migraine vertigo, anxiety neurosis or autonomous disorders.please suggest which direction should this proceed .

Hi, My father is suffering from fever since last 8 days. No other issue. None of doctor ready to see him in our city meerut. Have done all test which were recommended by one of doctor after consulting his condition but all reports are ok, dengue, typhoid, malaria, esr, urine infection all blood report are ok. Dr gave fever related medicines. Don't know the reason behind fever. Can anyone help what more test we can done, all which specialist we should visit. Pls advise.

I am cured of Anemia now but the problem is I am consuming 23 mg of iron daily ( including from my diet) If I keep consuming this for many months. Will my heamoglobin increase abnormally high ? It's 15.3 right now

Hi Doctor, I need a small suggestion whether i need to go for covid test or not 6th sep i had a sore throat, with runny nose i took medicine as per doctor. Sore throat and runny nose cured within 7 days, but only a mild dry cough still there specifically after dinner and for thats lasts for very few times. I hadn't fever. Can anyone please provide genuine suggestions?
