General question ...
I am cured of Anemia now but the problem is I am consuming 23 mg of iron daily ( including from my diet)
If I keep consuming this for many months.
Will my heamoglobin increase abnormally high ?
It's 15.3 right now

How did you calculate 23mg in diet? If your hematocrit is within normal limits, then your diet intake should be sufficient and no supplement is needed.
