Hi, I have been suffering from severe pain on my upper back ( specially the right and left side of the upper back) since last 5 days.. The pain seems to more severe specially in the morning right after waking up.. I am doing exercises and slight stretching also but it will be ok for the day and then again same problem repeats next day morning.. Is it normal or need any medication? First part of stool is very hard and tight which causes pain in rectum . It is very difficult to start the motion and rest of stool is fine. First part of stool is hard like rock . Please help .
