Loss of smell and less sense of taste ,fever like feeling Weakness but  my period is on the way tomorrow or day after tomorrow..should I go for covid test

My blood tests and lft on 28 March showed increase of bilirubin to 2.5 and sgpt sgot 77 and 58 after 1 month when I again did lft my bilirubin went to 3.9 and sgot 43 sgpt 50 all other things are normal. I had got a fatty liver grade 2 and covid history. My hepatitis tests are negative. What can be the cause of increase in bilirubin?

I had carried out preventive lipid profile and CBC .I am having 90 K platelets . And less himoglobin also Please mention which test I have to carry out to know the reason of deficiency. How ever I feel I am fit. This

I had covid in Dec last year and recovered, but after 4 months have passed still have lingering symptoms such as partial loss of smell and taste, weakness and muscle pain, i.e. Long COVID Can I go for vaccination?

Hello doctor. I want to know if aspirin will reduce kidney function if I take it once in a while like once in 2 months? I have used it but only once in a while. Like one tablet in 2-3 months. That's it. I'm worried that it will harm my kidneys.

I am 41 year old and suffering from bleeding piles last 8 years.  I am facing problem of bleeding (everyday) from piles last 20 days at the time of latrine without any pain. Some part come outside from anus and I am pushing back and bleeding stop. I am taking Ayurvedic treatment - Pilex tablets with oiltments but no improvement. Pls suggest
