Oxygen level
My husband is a covid patient. When his oxygen levels dropped to 92-93 I took him to emergency..where they gave injections and his levels increased to 97-98 ..they discharged . But after coming back it's showing 89-90. Why it's happening.

You need to admit your husband.
Monitoring for spo2 levels is highly recommended 4 hourly.
Medications will be simultaneously administered but admission to nearby hospital is highly recommended mam.

It is related to COvId -19 disease. If possible admit him somewhere
And make him lie down over stomach
Another important point ck the saturation after 30 secs of applying thé oximeter
