it's absolutely normal while physical intimacy, because of over excitement and breathing hold spells called valsalva, but if u have any recurrent palpitations, breathlessness or any chest pain while exertion or even making physical relationship, then we need to rule out cardiac causes.

There is no issues as such. there might be a bit of dip in oxygen saturation after any kind of heightened activity, which usually subsidies on its own.
