Spo2 level
Hi, Is it ok to have fluctuations in spo2 level. I kept pulse oximeter for 15 min and then I saw once my oxygen level dropped to 90 and again increased to 98. Is it ok?

Fluctuating SpO2 values are pretty normal. Maintain regular exercise, healthy diet.

If it has come to 98, and not breathing difficulty then just relax no need for any concern.

Dropping to 90 is not normal, though not necessarily dangerous.results of spo2 need to be correlated with symptons always.
